This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipping and delivery of all products purchased through www.myharu.shop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and confirmed.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete checkout information.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or national holidays.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We partner with reputable international carriers and fulfillment centers to ensure global delivery. Delivery times vary by destination.

Estimated delivery windows (after dispatch):

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 8–18 business days

  • Europe: 8–20 business days

  • Latin America: 12–25 business days

  • Rest of World: 15–45 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on customs processing, carrier volume, weather conditions, and operational constraints beyond our control.


3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Haru has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely by country.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees or import taxes, no refund will be issued.


4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email that may include a tracking number (if available from the carrier).

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear, depending on the carrier and fulfillment center.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing apartment or unit number

  • Invalid recipient name

  • Delivery refusal

the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Haru is not liable for lost packages resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, Haru is no longer responsible for:

  • Delivery delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier errors

If tracking indicates the package was delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We will assist when possible but are not obligated to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


7. Items Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Delivery refusal

  • Failure to pick up from a postal office or collection point

  • Customs rejection

  • Undeliverable address

the customer may request reshipment at their own expense.
Refunds will not be issued for abandoned or unclaimed packages.


8. Split Shipments

For operational efficiency, items in an order may be shipped separately at no additional cost to the customer. Partial shipments do not affect the applicable delivery timeframe.


9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain destinations may experience temporary service interruptions or limitations due to geopolitical issues, carrier restrictions, or natural events.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders shipped to countries or regions where reliable delivery cannot be guaranteed.


10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, changes to the shipping address, product variant, or cancellation requests may not be possible due to automated processing.
